Force Field is looking for an Art Outsourcing Manager to drive the art outsourcing of all VR projects in the studio. He/she will be responsible for the entire process: from partner selection and negotiation to briefing and reviewing, as well as budget accountability and timely delivery.
As a Senior Character Artist, you create detailed 3D human(oid)s, animals, creatures, robots and other characters for our VR and AR productions.

The lead programmer manages the tech team and all aspects of a project’s technical design, including engine, middleware and game systems. He or she works closely with the technical director and other stakeholders to define a project’s technical approach.
The Lead Artist leads an art team in the development of all aspects of a game’s visual design, including 2D and 3D assets, environments, characters, animation and UI. He or she creates briefings, mood boards, paint-overs, does regular art reviews and creates assets where necessary.

The UI artist works closely together with the UI/UX designer and is responsible for creating and implementing 2D and 3D UI content that’s both beautiful and functional. As a senior environment artist you create high-quality 3D assets and build, populate and light complete levels that meet the needs of the design team. You also mentor and guide less experienced artists and interns.
